I'm asking because i on't find that in the main page, and i was wondering if it was removed somehow.
Still works. First link for BepInEx is broken since they updated it, just grab BepInEx_win_x86*** whatever numbers are on github page.

Happened the same to me i hope reinstalling it will fix the bug but i will lose my porgress
Most games keep their save files separate from the game itself, so as long as the saves folder isn't removed you should be fine to redownload. Plus, there also seems to be a bug fix patch that was posted a few posts up so if you do redownload either use that or wait until a new update is dropped in original post.
The bug also does not seem to hinder progress, as I was able to go to the later floors and do the main quests there without issue.
