Nothing happened. They finished all HD scenes they said they were going to do: 2 of each monster - one per gender, and one per gender for all the party member NPCs.
After then that they went to "quantity over quality" of small res/pixel/minimalistic animations.

This is, of course, a bad move in general for a porn game, and the quality of the gameplay (nor anything else, really) has not improved at the price of reduced workload from no animations.

They're doing 2 more big scenes for another NPC right now though, apparently. God only knows how many long months those will take. And they're with a human male, so literally who gives a fuck?

I actually like having a couple human ones thank you. lol But yeah I can't really see where all the improvements have went.
Seems more like a lot of rehashings.

I'm still in the same boat, niether of the bepinex seem to work for me, whatever i do f1 doesn't bring up anything for me, any solution?

Yeah, most of the negativity is due to a shitstorm related to lead developer shafting the previous project he was an artist on, and the glacial pace of current development.
Game itself is not "good" by most measures, but those measures depend heavily on what you expect from a porn game. The overall quality of execution is definitely above the average. A solid skeleton with a really good-looking skin, but barely any meat on them bones.

This game is spit upon cause It's a scam, one that offers an interesting prototype, took tons of money from backers, but never being working on for the past 8 years, meanwhile using multiple manipulative and deceiving practices to continue grifting uneducated mass.

If you want to play it, now is as good a time as any, cuz it won't ever be improved

If you have absolutely never tried it before, i think you'll have at the very least a good blast for the first 2-4 hours playing and left wanting more, maybe even driven to support the dev or buy on steam (or already too late to refund).

Depends on what you expect from the game. For me it's 3/5: smut content is good, combat and dungeons - not bad, but this fucking farming stuff is killing me.

Is there a full scale post to update on what happened? I don't mean a gist. But a full on list of all the shit that's happened with this game in chronological order? Because all I'm getting is that S-purple is the whole 'brain' behind the game. But he's doing the Yandere dev moment and dragging his ass as long as possible to get as much money, and since the dev team he hired doesn't have any art assets to work with, they're just sitting on their hands.

But all of a sudden, it turns out he ran away with assets from another game he was working on?? Backstabbed someone?

F1 should not work. Any plugins posted here has no Config Console. You need to manually edit ini files, and if You have them - It works.
I may try to implement it, when situation around me will be more stable, but not in next update.

look up the game breeding season and you are bound to stumble upon what remains of it and how s-purple fucked everything

to paraphrase what happened, I believe he was having disagreements with the devs of the other game and decided to leave but when he did he took the rights to the art since the team decided that he should be the one to hold the rights to the art and in turn he became a stingy cunt and did not allow them to use any more of his art thus shafting the game (this is going off of memory that is not 100% reliable the last time I looked into this was like 3 years ago but this should be the general idea)
