how to get rid of undesirable traits? i'm trying to make a combat bloodline but farm traits keep popping out of nowhere

pretty sure you can't get rid of them, just keep breeding previous generation until you get desired traits and then move on to the next gen

i see, tought there was a gene pool of sorts that they keep spawning from, but it's a damned RNG

If you mean higher quality of their byproducts then you need to lower their saturation, at 0 they will yield 5* byproducts.
If you mean farm then no, there are only 2 traits affecting farm yield - chance for extra product and chance for extra seed (both cap at 15% if i recall correctly)

So guys, I just started this game and tried to play the tutorial but when I sleep for the first time the dialogue with that dog character outside the house kind of stops at a certain part and doesn't continue I don't know if this is a bug or something I'm not clicking, can anyone help me?

Yeah I'm pretty sure that code input thing is only on the patreon versions. Only time i've gotten cheats were with the patreon version

you can't. If you want to keep them pet every day and they will stay (can also hand feed them for extra increase). Once they have bunch of golden hearts flying out of them after you pet them - they will stay after graduation (still have to visit the bird on the graduation day)
