There should be a cheat tab when you open the menu. The game won’t let you use cheats until after you’ve completed the tutorial though.

Oooooh, I wasn't in the menu I was just in the album tab. I found it and have access to cheats now. Kinda odd that the cheat to unlock cheats also unlocks all the gallery. I feel those should be separate from each other.

Guys, i saw there's the incest tag in the game, but i have the steam version. There's something different between the steam version and f95 one?

No incest unless you count twice or thrice removed which I guess you could if you wanted. You can also mod the game to disable the thing that prevents breeding with relations within two generations, but mods aren't official so that shouldn't count as a tag.
If I'm wrong and there is some obscure incest scene IDK about then I am sure someone will correct me pretty quickly.
