The Dev(s?) became a patreon leech/parasite whatever you call it.
essentially just giving no or minor/pointless updates that happen once in a couple of months.

Here's how:

You get $20k / month and the dev team get "exposure on the Discord"; for bonus points, you employ 14-18 yr olds[1]. (For reference: a decent animator costs about $100k / yr salary, knocking out H+ content for this isn't that hard, nor is it "impossible". Well done, your game update after a year now has 40+ scenes and you still made $120k pre taxes and you probably get to claw back multiple Patreon subs that you lost being clueless).

The usual excuse in these cases is "the dev(s) are young themselves and totally clueless". In this case, they're now at least in their mid 20's.


[1] Same M.O. as Chucklefish.

Solid animations take a lot of skill, I've been dabbling with Daz for a ongoing project I've been working on Its quite elaborate just say I got banned from patreon for refusing to censor or remove some of my content for Vice & Sin, Hiring a decent programer cost anywhere between 2k-5k for a small scale project for a huge project 15k-50k like mine thats an yearly contract fee It does speed things up having a team to work with But I'm a tightwad so solo work will take time .

I remember S-purple as a drawfag on /tg/ ages ago, a real top member of the community. Don't know all the drama behind Breeding Season (though let's be honest, it was never a "top notch game") so I don't know how much they are to blam, but it's a shame to see this shit still milking patreons for absolutely nothing.

The vast majority of 'criticism' of games on this site is, let's be honest, people mad their specific fetish/heroine isn't the centre stage (or that exists literally any other male in game). But I do think F95 has the benefit of less "sunk cost fallacy", on steam people are desperately hoping to get their money's worth in the end.

I'm all for supporting games that has potential, but I've also made sure to pull the fuck out when there's signs a game is going nowhere (Studio Ginko etc).

My friend was one of those buyer on steam because back then he didn't know that this website exist. If only he knows about the history of cm and track record that time he wouldn't touch the buy button with a 10m pole.

my point is, their steam page is deliberately designed to be as good as a scamming bait facade trap as can be for ppl who didn't know any better, and yeah the system that only allow buyers to leave reviews work in the scammer's favor
