If by Demo you mean incomplete game version, then yes. Unfortunately.
It's honestly doubtful that we'll ever get a full version before we all perish of old age.

use bepin ex one
Got it from somewhere on this forum, couldn't find original. Fast breeding is a bit cheaty but you can configure it in the settings BepInEx/config/com.Falmerion.Patches.FasterBreedCM.cfg
