No shit it doesn't it's a unity game and Mtool mostly works with games that have some form of game builder like RPGM and SRPGM among other smaller projects on a much smaller scale

Just wanna make sure I have everything cleared up, my "mod" is just an edit of the game dll with a few lines changed, should be completely safe to use as long as you use the exact version it was edited from (the download on the first page here on f95), always back up your original saves and files just to be safe. I've tested it on another pc other than my desktop and it works just fine with no issues.
I'd also be happy to share the program I use for the editing and instructions on what to do, if you'd rather do it yourself (it's actually extremely easy, I'm not a modder or programmer, the software is really simple and easy to use).

Any chance of teaching us on how to do that? We have new version out and I was also hoping that this can be updated to allow incest

It's pretty straightforward, This is the program, if you'd like to setup the patch for yourself, just open the game.dll and search up AreRelated within the program, open the resulting entry and change every return true to false and vice versa

You must be registered to see the links

It's also possible that you may also need choose in two pop up lists search for "member" and in "selected files".

I can also put a new edit out later on, for the more lazy.
