Once more content will be added, there will be an option for each character to set them for private use or allow them to engage in lewd actions with the club guests. Basically, reserve the girls you really like for yourself and pimp out the rest.

I'm not big into either schoolgirls or whoring managers, but at least it's not some extreme loli shit, the MC being the only outright child in the screenshots. Will give it another update or two to fill out before taking a look though.

I suppose you'll want them to work in the club to generate money, but setting them as private will mean they won't do nothing too lewd with the customers. I guess you can do it, but, wow, that's some greed! And all that missed potential content!

Disgrace depends on your choice in the intro. There is one really tiny student in the game I wanted to add for variety, but I'm currently debating whether I should scap her from the game since she really does give off some serious loli vibes though she's supposedly 18 like the rest of them.
I don't want to redo all of the renders she's in though, so maybe she'll disappear mysteriously in the next story chapter. Who knows.

I enjoy school girl corruption as a figure of authority, but I absolutely agree with this point. I hope you aren't planning on egregious lolis into your game. Can't stomach that shit. Petite small tits big ass type models are fine, so long as they actually are women.

But then again, its your game so you do what you want with it!

There's no NTR currently, and it's basically up to you which girl you want to pimp out, or none of them. But yeah, if you feel put off by even light prostitution, better steer your ship away
