My recommendation is to check out what this game is meant to represent: a Fap Hero.
Those are compilation videos of any kind of pornography (2D, 3D, realporn) with an added ""user interface"" (it's still just a video file, not interactive) that shows a rhythym -synced to the background imagery and the music- the viewer is meant to follow. Often known as a Cock Hero in the non-hentai communities.
You start the video, stroke to the beat, then optionally close the video if you can't hold out until the end. That's pretty much it. All videos expect that the player either doesn't cheat or the player has fun regardless of any arbitrary rules, because it's still nothing more than a video file. A video file is (thankfully) incapable of measuring how accurately you stroke yourself to the current beat.
This game seems to bring an interactivity to this form of niche adult entertainment and so far I think it's doing a quite nice job, especially given how it uses original content (yes I know it's AI, I don't mind) instead of splicing hentai clips.
In the same vein, this game also assumes that the player also either doesn't cheat or has fun even if they don't quite follow the rules because that's why we're all here for.

In my opinion, I think of these things like the connection between a metronome and a real musical instrument. You also don't keep score in real life for missing a beat of the metronome, you can mentally penalize yourself enough by being aware of your own inaptitude to follow the rhythm if it's really off.
Having to click on top of that sounds just as superficial to me as expecting someone to play two pianos at the same time, a real one and also click to the beat with the other hand, but I guess that's just me.
Non-clicking methods of detection could become a privacy nightmare if not handled with extreme care and self-contained recognition algorithms, which I don't expect just yet from pornography.

The point of Fap Hero videos, and by proxy this game too, is to "beat your meat" to the rhythm of the music and the "UI" element that shows incoming beats colloquially known as the "beatbar", like the guitar hero thing where notes arrive.
The core concept is, you are supposed to synchronize real masturbation with the audio-visual experience culminating in the beatbar element.
Is it a rhythmic game? I guess that depends on where you draw the line for a "game". If picking up a real guitar to hit to notes on a youtube tutorial trying to teach you a musical piece is a game to you then sure, this is a rhythm game. If you categorize games by the common "offering a challenge" sentiment then I would concur that this is a rhythm game even if the score on the screen is bogus. If you draw the line elsewhere, then it isn't a game and honestly there's nothing really wrong with that either.

The import button is blocked in the free version of the update. The only way to get custom images into the game is by manually creating a pack within the Extracted folder.

As promised, here's my first crack at the video pack. Everything ought to loop properly, but you may want to change tags around a bit as I was lazy and put nearly everything as both fast and medium. Some animations work better than others for each speed, but it was annoying to go and edit each one with how many I wanted to process at once. Plan on making one for 3D animations and one for loops pulled from hentai next
