Is it just me, or is this a bit buggy?

I took my clothes off right near the start, it said "Stored" but they seem to have vanished.

Clothes vanish when I sleep, and clothes vanish if I'm wearing something and I use 'Quick Uniform'.

[EDIT] OK, it looks like they are being thrown into the wardrobe with no warning. The problem is that this happens even when the wardrobe is not (fully) functional.

[EDITx2] Just randomly soft-locked after eating something from the fridge? [EDITx3] OK, I guess I accidentally hit 'P' to take a pose and that stops you from moving until you hit 'P' a couple of times more. :/

So is there a guide to this game?

I'm still a bit lost about what I need to do to progress from the mansion entrance for the first part of the game to access the door to enter the next stage. All I know is that I need to some how make my character look like the Lady.

nvm, just checked the recent changelog. this is quite hype.

Ngl I can't wait for this game to be complete. At the moment it's only two or three half-baked dreams, a mansion and lab I know for sure, and the game still feels really early in development, but it has a lot of potential.

Grab those glasses on the shelf, Go to the red pillow and press E for inventory, then pick 1 glass and press use, repeat with the green one. Then go down to the mixture place and use those items again.
Took me some time for myself, but after that, it makes sense.

In this version of the game I wasn't able to activate the event where you go with Kari to buy clothes. Even if you go to one class, and after that one skip class (go home) Kari never picks you up to go to the mall. I tried to go to the mall but it doesn't work

There's a guide somewhere in this thread. Severely outdated, but the puzzles are still the same.

After playing the demo, this new version is much much better. damn

That's a new one. Everyone usually says it's getting worse.

The game is quite nice, unfortunately very difficult.

I don't understand how to use many items

Flower house:
snail / alchemical powder

LAB:
men's tools
I can't use the microwave in the lab.
I got level 3 of the card in the lab and I still have no idea.

History:
When I start working I lose all my money... and only earn $1000 in day - In this game all is very expensive
I miss interacting with boys. It's fun talking to the boys.
No shoes, when I choose my own clothes I go barefoot

My boyfriend said he doesn't feel like he's playing an erotic game, I think it is better, the game is great

Unfortunately not. Something like 'unknown method' or 'unknown object' maybe?. It didn't give much detail, AFAIR.

It was like the 30th time I petted that cat, too.

The first time after I got 'flesh-bunnied' and woke up.

As far as the game goes, it's got huge potential but I dislike that the 'dream sequences' start from scratch each time so there's a lot of fetch-questing and (trivial but annoying) dodging to get back to where you were the previous run.

This is my first time checking out the game and by the sound of things the quality of life improvements have come a long ways to make a better first impression.

The format it's taken now is the exact sort of thing I like best for this genre: mysterious setting that has a decent amount of thought put into the designs and 'fit' of everything, different paths to take, and some amount of customization that comes about by messing around with things you shouldn't or struggling really hard against a force that's trying to steer you. In my mind that's what makes a game like this satisfying for both playstyles where you're trying to find all the things that can happen and those where you're trying to avoid them - and the dialogues I've seen so far have been good about finding a balance between laying some of these out plainly and leaving others to implication. Not the most polished or eloquent, but reading them tells me that plenty of thought went into them.

Plus I have a soft spot for games that are knowingly cryptic and slightly-to-somewhat sadistic in their design. That combination will annoy a lot of people, but if it can come together just-so it makes figuring out how to proceed very satisfying.

That said, there are a couple of things that could be adjusted:

-In the mansion's courtyard, the doors should really be more distinct. I only found the passage to the east wing by pure dumb luck.
-A small event to introduce the grocery store would be a good idea. For several days I thought you were supposed to buy food at the mall from what looks like a convenience store.
-The closet is fairly tedious and if you play dress up for long enough it can lock up the game entirely.
-Item descriptions would go a long ways. Managing the blue bar in particular can get to be really tough when you're losing 75% of it to enter a dream, so taking random pills to see what they do isn't a great way to check things out. Figuring out that you need to buy expensive medkits to be able to stay asleep long enough to complete the witch's brew through trial and error is rough in the bad way.

And there is one definite gamebreaking bug: when you get your first paycheck from the maid cafe it resets your total and there's no way you can keep up with food costs earning only 1000 per day.

By the way: is it called Coffee Story because you have to drink so much of it to avoid nightmares?
