I haven't gotten to a save where I assigned her as the drug lord yet. But I imagine it would. This is just me guessing, but we already know she's an addict. She's leading the drug empire answering only to the MC, my guess is that sis will frequently sample the supply. Who has time for studying when you're always high on ash?
It doesn't, although if I recall correctly, you need to be in the love path with her. I don't remember if I needed to consume the relationship after the sorority, but I don't recall being able to do it if she wasn't. But it's a matter of trying it again when I have time.
I guess that explains it, there are some characters that I prefer to be nice to, like Ward, Nadir, Rio... but not Brittany, I will never not blackmail Brittany.
