The check mark regarding Mona says similar thing, Mona is here because you previously met her.
But then I only messed with her once, on the 12th. Don't know if that's why.
I did that to get the 'Check a message from Monica's aunt, Mona.' option in Saturday evening, and I do got it

I'm not sure if that's the only way, but any content involving family members is disabled if related isn't on. That includes threesomes, body swaps, etc.

But I only use cheat instead of cheatrelated and I got all the contents surrounding moica and her mother. Is sofia an exception? I don't really like cheatrelated because cucking my own dad isn't fun

I think your choices are missing some content by leaving "related" off, choosing not to pursue your mom, or telling yourself that he's actually your stepdad.

If you unlocked scenes where the two actually interact directly with each other, then it's an error on my part.

He is a the husband of my mom's friend when I use cheat. Other than the name change - I don't think I'm missing any content.
