It's during her class, though I can't remember if there are any requirements you have to meet to have that option other than a high Purple Light Level. But it's here you can permanently alter her mind.

Mrs. Maywood can only be contracted right now. With Nadir you can either get it on Friday during her class, by going to dinner with her and use the moderate purple light with Ward's help, then it will appear during her class.

The second way requires her to be in a harem with you and Ward, which is done on last Saturday or Sunday, but just know you can't be blackmailing either of them. Then on Monday, Nadir will take you aside with Ward and you can contract them or mind alter them. Here you can also mind alter Katey or Ward's mom.
