To clarify even more, you use always the same botnet mod and you apply it on each version of the game when you play a new version of the game.

Here are the files required, but it will only work for this version. Extract in the folder where you have the image folder for this version. As indicated in the botnet instructions, you should have in the same folder : the image folder from the 0.390a version + the mods folder, html file and mods.py files from the archive below.

anyone know how to add the Prinplup/mRaYM087g4's Mod into 390a on ur own? such a good mod and makes playthroughs easier
The mod isn't up to date, so you can only use it up to a certain point before having to replace it with the .390a html file.
I don't. When I start a new game I use the prinplup mod first, which goes through version 156, then save at the end and load up the save on the newest version.

G28Here I have a question. I like using Prinplup and mRaYMO87g4's mods, but as we know, they haven't worked on them in a while. So I have multiple copies of the game. I start from .156a where I save at the end of each version and go up from there. Meaning that at the latest version, I'm technically only playing the new content added.
Given the changes that have happened to the whole game since then up until .390a, by playing the game like that, am I missing out on content?
