You could try giving Sofia pregnancy dreams during the first week of school, on Monday and Thursday. Then on the weekend go talk to her and ask her to stop taking BC. Honestly don't know if that will work tho. I always turn Jake into Jane.

So I just did some testing and even though the Jake threesome has the possibility of him knocking her up, I don't think it's actually possible without cheating variables or using a checkpoint mod.
- Convincing Sofia to remove her own birth control happens during the same time slot as the Jake threesome.
- The Bimbo route where you remove it on the second transformation has you the player knock her up in the same scene as the birth removal.

Yes there are a few ways, whenever you do something really good or 'unlustful', the game will say something along the lines of 'you feel lighter' or something. The first two I can remember are saving a girl from suicide and not raping a nun while invisible. There are other events but I don't remember them all.
