Currently there isn't much about drug addiction effects on fair amount of characters. Brittany post Titus fight is high in the first class, Nikki and Heather are know and hinted about using, Barberry is seen as a "Funditioning" addict, Stacy is know/hinted to fetch some for Brittany and Olivia can be an addict depending choices

I think for Brittany / Nikki etc, for the most part their drug addiction extends to them hanging out in the Warehouse / having a couple scenes but nothing big. Primarily the addiction is used to leverage characters (via their addiction) into doing other things - and even then it's taken a back seat to the cum addiction lights. Unfortunately if you're looking for a bunch of junkies you're probably out of luck as far as the main cast goes. (Though Barberry is also an addict, and has I believe one scene that relates to that.)
There was someone on the Patreon discord who done a Spreadsheet of the first 5 days numbered success + Love Lust and failure - Love Lust but such a thing was unbelivable slow to make.
Those stats were a game mechanic that fell off very early in development, the farther into the story you get, the less those stats matter. Very few events get changed based on those stats in the mid to late game, most of the time you can bypass any requirement with a certain light or high enough personnel stats. Off the top of my head I can only remember 1 or 2 events in the mid game that have a noticeable difference depending on the girls L/L/S stats, and that's only because I was going down a romance style playthrough, those 2 events can just as easily be bypassed by choosing either blackmail/cum-addiction/slave-contracts.
