For me it's finding out her motivations for her investigating the coven and how that ties into how she sees the world. The way that colors our actions towards her (especially Green and Orange routes) is fascinating!
I've only briefly experimented with this (up to the Titus hunt), but based on what I've played, she seems to stay mad at you.

I thought you could only enslave Monica during her confrontation. I know there's a contract option for her at a party on Saturday.
I forget the specifics, but there's definitely a route where you sever her lights and then have a heart-to-heart where she eventually forgives you and becomes a normal friend again.

I love how there are people in this thread who've done like a hundred playthroughs, yet still have no idea what happens when you make some choices in what is essentially "the early game".

exaclty the amount of stuff that got glossed over in the early game is shocking no one looks there for more stuff than there often routes to post Titus
There are just so many routes, possibilities and choices that I can't imagine how many endings you can get.
Plus the corruption stat hasn't really come into major plot relevancy yet so who knows how that will affect future events

Can't you also give Monica her powers back at the end of the DnD game? Thought one of her choices is to "awaken her powers".
This option appears every time you do d&d I think. I always thought Monica never appears during d&d if you anger her. Just like if you let ms. Hill leave campus
Download local html viewer and unzip the game then choose the html in the folder.

I'm not that familiar with the mod you're talking sbout but the game has a built in checkpoint system you can use if you have cheats on
It was an earlier version of the Prinplup mod. The last time it was updated was version 156a
