I wonder how close we are to getting any new content from the dev (just honestly curious is all) I usually go back and do new playthoughs just to keep myself busy

No way of knowing I don't think, but if I had to guess by the middle of May for certain. Possibly earlier. That said that's just speculation. You could always try some other games? There's some really nifty stuff on the site, both made with HTML and not.
Patreon’s most recent version says that enough progress was made to maybe start working on morning scenes, so I imagine sometime soon(ish), maybe before the end of the month. Starting a new day usually seems like a good place to walk away and go back to working on Power of Will for a bit, as far as I can tell with G28’s usual patterns.
But obviously don’t quote me on that or get any big expectations. He works at his own pace, and the game’s all the better for it thanks to the time and care spent.

Right now, it probably breaks your game. Originally it let you edit variables easily through the phone, but I doubt anyone's going to do anything with it until the new version of College Daze releases. And besides that, you can just edit variables manually using your browser's console (although that can permanently ruin your save file).

So 2 questions, I tried searching and looked through the walkthroughs (4 of these damn things?)
My questions, is it possible to get everybody in one playthrough (I know the intent is to play multiple times but still)
and is it possible to control/enslave/whatever without a contract or is that required for most? I feel like contracts change them mentally and Id rather avoid that

this game has a non-linear nature, not like Baldur's Gay 3 but truly non-linear. And there is no walkthrough as such, they would be super big and incomprehensible.
And no you can't get all the scenes in one two three or more playthroughs - there is an off-scale amount of content.

Exactly There some scenes that require very spefitc set up and are one and gone into the abyss of all the scenes. As fro the Walkthroughs they are written mostly for Roughly for Exact goals such as Preg all, Gf all, Slave All, Marry All and "best" walkthrough which is completely too the person vs your own pov and tastes
My favorite is having Jake impregnate his Mom.

Oh for sure! Very difficult to keep from knocking her up or switching Jake to Jane. It can be done and the cheat tool helps a lot with that but the reward is pretty good.Sadly, that never happens for me... BECAUSE I ALWAYS KNOCK HER UP FIRST!
She doesn't get pregnant the first time Jake fucks her but the second time she does and she gains the "son enthusiast" trait. Sadly the profile page doesn't acknowledge that Jake is the father. I hope that at some point there is a character conversation that has Jake and his Mom confessing what they have done.
There is, but if you're messing around with stuff through checkpoints then you might not see it. There's conversations for Jake knocking her up and there's also conversations for Jake having knocked her up and then permanently transformed into Jane after the fact. And a bunch of other stuff.

What you've described are conversations with Jake. If his Mom wasn't part of the conversation then I think my May Dean request will be to have Jake Mom, with deep humiliation and embarrassment, explain that she has become pregnant from incest.
If Jake is part of the harem then his daughter joins as well. When she's old enough, we're not perverts.

All this time playing CD and there's still new dialog to find! Are there other characters where you have someone knock up a girl and then gender-swap the guy? This revelation has me interested starting a new save following this theme.

Heather has a bunch of different reactions depending on who she thinks got her pregnant and who really did, and she'll ask you who's responsible too if she doesn't know (including if it's 'Kylie' or 'Jane' now).
Dude, you're dropping bombs here. I thought I was 100% complete.

Hey G28 I was wondering if you have any plans to expand on Stacy’s Mistress/Empathy traits in the future?
Not really. I included a lot of variables for characters in case people wanted to expand on them with requests, and nothing really ever came of Stacy in that regard. Most of her stuff has just focused on her history or random threesomes. There'll still be some stuff for it in her epilogues, but if I had to guess, it'll mostly revolve around key events rather than the specific values.
