Oh and a friendly Tip from me before you cheat be it with f12 or with the checkpoint mod make a Save, as in download a save so you can backtrack if shit happens.

The Game has no dead-ends as far as I know so if you are stuck somewhere chances are high shit happened when you tried to cheat.

It came up for me i believe because I read the book on assitants to the end.
Possibly also because I treated her more humanly than like a tool but for that I'm not sure.

Without knowing the specifics of the save, I can't add much other than there should have been an option to have Kitty come in to save you from Poe. If you didn't do that, then she won't count as helping you for the rest of the adventure.
html file with botnet already installed (you need all the images from 0.510 and 0.540 to play though).

You probably didn't install it correctly. Your screenshot shows you're playing Version .518a (left-hand side, above Create Checkpoint). The latest version is .540b.
