Yup. But honestly despite the buggy nature of the game, I feel like the quality of the story and the branching paths for each girl is done very well. I don't know what draws me to this game more than others but the girls do feel fleshed out more compared to others. Imho the best games of the genre currently id say are College Kings, Intertwined, and Our Red Strings.

That's some commitment to the fap but I kinda get his point, because it's not the first time. Also Undergrad Steve delayed it only three days prior to the release date.

yeah there's been a fair few updates that expands the story since then, i believe that was the original steam release version of act 1 that you're referencing
If your old saved games are really out of date, or if you used a mod with it in the past and aren't now (or vice versa), than you will usually get this.
Act 2 is continuation of Act 1. Play both.
Say hi to her, later on, get angry at her for what she says to Aubrey, THEN, apologize to her for what you said and you will have some fun times in the bathroom with her.
