That's what I've already said on some pages. If some aren't happy with how Cindy is acting, avoid the first option where Will/Cindy observe Penelope and Anton and the last ones because it's noticeable that we won't have many choices after choosing the content sharing.

That's a shame, Cindy having her own agency was something I really enjoyed.
