The new update was released last week, so I think it's still too early for a public release.
Update was released for members sometime Monday night or Tuesday morning (based on this thread), so maybe it will be tomorrow at the latest. Happy for Steve it didn't leak, but pretty surprised it's made it basically the whole week.

The update was released five days ago for the 5$ members like me, the 3$ members have it one week after so i'm really sur there is not public release this week. And yes i'm surprised too there not leaking and ten pages of "need a heroes" spam

The update will somehow turn up here roughly a week after it releases on patreon. It just keeps happening, every time.
I will say, patreon is slightly strange in the way they made their rules. You're not allowed to release nsfw content for free, so there is never technically a "free" release.
But by golly it just keeps turning up here.
the sharing was always optional,even the maid scene.
