Without spoiling too much, is the NTS scene Will more or less just observing while Cindy gets railed? Or is he banging the fox girl while Cindy is with Eustice?

I'm sure this won't be a popular opinion but I feel this game (and many like it) would've worked better as a sort of sandbox game where events are repeatable and whatnot. That said I understand why it's not since it can be a pain in the ass especially with Ren'py and updates would take even longer.

Not a big sandbox lover myself, but what makes you feel that such would add to the VN/game? As it is currently there are not really a lot of elements that would seem to convert to a sandbox playstyle. I am kind of curious what your thoughts are on why it would be an improvement. Closest I have come to a game with sandbox elements that I enjoyed playing was Treasures of Nadia (Which takes a team to create).

Agree with you, sandbox games are often a grind fest, that just bloat the gametime.
And in this game it is even more pointless imo, you don't need to earn money, develop relationships etc.

It is definitely an interesting dynamic. Though I do see it becoming somewhat divisive amongst the populace. Curious as to how that will pan out.I'm looking forward to seeing Eustice hitting Cindy hard, it's fun to watch them. Or the Monique and Will quartet is great too.
Their sex scenes are funny, I hope this time Cindy jumps on his dick.

Maybe "sandbox" isn't the right term but something that generally gives you more control over your actions.

Gotcha. In what sense? What actions are you looking for more control over? Anything specific? For a VN of this type there are a number of choices that you do get to make but most of those center around the main female LI (A nexus of contention of late I grant you).
Are you looking for control over like what areas you visit or over what people you interact with?
I was going to do that originally, you can kind of see it at the very beginning. I was about to make the college itself the standard "Freeroam map". Before realising the whole thing would be somewhat redundant. Considering I'm leaning heavily into the visual novel aspect.
The gallery should serve as the scene replayer in the future, when I get that properly functioning.

Cindy and Eustice has been fun. I find myself enjoying Cindy and MC the most of late, which has somewhat surprised me. Largely Cindy is a fun char so most of her stuff is enjoyable. Though that also might cause her to overshadow a lot of the VN too. I also do see the occasional stray comment that wants the Eustice Cindy stuff to go NTR. Which I admittedly am not a fan of.
Outside of Cindy, I am most looking forward to Lilly, Penelope, and Monique. There are some fun things there but kinda avoiding talking about it till the new update goes public.

The content between them is what attracted me most, followed by Monique Will. Hmm, the developer could give options for that. I'm not a fan, but if it's with Eustice, I would try it because I like that character, and we all know he's perfect for sharing NTS. As for Penelope and Monique...I'm more like the fox.
If I had to choose between her and Cindy, I'd steal the little fox for Will.
