Dev confirmed Cindy wasn't going to be featured much in the new update. Wendy, the wife of the farmer for who the MC worked at the beginning of the story, is the main focus.

1. Is Cindy face with slightly visible bone cheeks original vision of her or was it something intended at the begining for visual effect of being poor peasant girl that was more skinny? (not complaining about her design just pure curiosity)
2. I don't know if you agree or disagree on this one (either is fine for me) but wouldnt the bar scene where Cindy expose her top to the crowd and serve drinks allowing them to grope her I feel like giving it a little bit more tease extension instead of MC ending it after tits grope you could make her go after that into stroking 2 guys on both sides giving MC another glance with a smile if he will object and go further into turning to 1 guy slightly bending over suggesting her next step to the MC and the final show was her lowering head more towards the guy dick (attempting to blow him) while the second guy she was also stroking before was grabing her ass and moving his face toward her to eat her out and that would be the moment MC interrupt the scene by grabing her to the room before she would take the dick and other guy started eating her out.
I feel like it would have better teasing effect before the whole action with Eustice that happens later.

There was no real intention to make her look malnourished. The early Cindy's by now have become somewhat outdated, I'll likely be going back and fix them when I get a chance.
I don't want to move too fast with Cindy. They haven't got to the point of casually sharing Cindy just yet.

I totally understand that and agree with slower progress on such things with the slower paced exploration/testing for the buildup that it gives until it finally reaches certain stage of climax for those buildups, however I thought that one particular scene in bar should have little bit more of that teasing for buildup because of how the story was going from the 1st stage reached (stranger BJ into Eustice BJ) and later it reached stage 2 climax with Eustice, thats why I thought giving it more teasing from Cindy in bar would be good for that buildup before reaching stage 2 where it looks like shes about to do more with ppl in the bar but actually never does because it would be skipping into stage 3 before reaching stage 2.
But that's how I see it and I see no problem from keeping it the way it is.

It's pretty rare for me to be looking forward to an update to see a what happens next in the story.
Don't get me wrong, corrupting Cindy is a delight but
I want to find out more about the lord of night, the dungeons, gwyn's character, and how the MC truly fits into all this.
Good stuff here to get me invested in more than just bobs and vagene.

I'm glad to hear. It's a tough balance for me, trying to figure out how much of that type of content to add. Sometimes I wonder if people are paying attention to it or not, so it's nice when I see posts talking about it.
imo you actually managed to create an intriguing story in this vn and while obviously many a player rly want to see more adult content, there are also quite a lot that genuinely want to know what is going to happen in the upcoming plot.

On that note, I'll kindly make suggestion to you to add some more text to the game in general, I think that would increase the playtime and engage us more into the story of college of mysteria.

Please don't just add more text for text's sake.
So many games are in desperate need of an editor to help them delete half of the text that makes it unreadable. They often include their word count in their changelog, as if the value is in the volume of text as opposed to the quality.
I feel like this is one of the few games where the dialogue feels paced well as conversation, without excessive monologuing nor exposition.
It's also worth noting that how ren'py presents text creates friction for the user when a single character's lines are presented over multiple text boxes, resulting in needing to spam clicks for a character to finish what they're saying.
