Game is in english, it's pre-patched you don't have to do anything besides change the system to Japanese or use Applocale or similar software.

Interesting fact, the scenario is written by the same guy who wrote Maggot Baits.

I hope more of his work gets translated, or released, in english. Didn't finish this game yet, but I played Maggot Baits more for plot than for porn later on.
