Oh, and Qmil679: The multiple penetration tag so far is for Izzy content from the last update (optional gangbang wit Izzy and her gang), the swinging tag is there for lack of a consensual sharing tag for the same scene, and future content with Mrs McGee and her husband, who probably want to invite MC. Also there will be some more optional sharing in the future.
As the others have said, everything is optional, you can turn each LI's route on and off on the hints/characters page.

Grimtown, thanks to your post in some other thread i found out about this game several days ago. What i like about it is that main story is separated from most of other characters that players have an option to interact with. It's also nice how most girls have their own sexual life before MC and don't wait for him to deflower them like in those snoozy vanilla games, like how Tammy casually talked in one of conversations how she was DP-ed in gym. As i prefer genre like porn movies in adult games, i would like to see more swinging, gang-bangs, dp. Would be nice it could be available and of course optional for most characters (would like to see corruption of Lisa when she craves to be gang banged or at least DP-ed. Probably don't go well with her character for now, but could be at least optional, same for other girls.) Curious to how Mills will dominate MC and if she'll eventually use strapon on him.

Hmmm... Iirc that it means you didn't train with Tammy for her fight and she lost, right?
Not sure anything can be done there, except loading an older save from before the fight.

This is correct. Not helping tammy spar (three times) means that she loses the fight and you lose the opportunity for some buttsex.
If you want to cheat and change the variable, yeah you can just set $ tammy5 = True and $ tammyscenesfinished += 1 and the scene should appear in the gallery.

Are you familiar with UnRen? Then, after enabling the console with UnRen you can make the changes like this:
Load your save.
Shift+O to open the console
tammy5 = True <enter>
tammyscenesfinished += 1 <enter>
ESC to close the console
save game
