Since someone leaked the patreon/Steam version it is. The DLCs are a way for people why play the game for free on Steam to support RJ when they don't want to become patrons. Each DLC is $3 and only brings additional clothing options for a certain character when you take them on dates. So it's a goodie - because people were asking how they could support the dev - but nothing story relevant.

Double dates end with Suzy sex, yes.
All her "repeatable" sex takes place at the gym, meet her at the gym on weekends, hit it and that's it... the solo park date doesn't end in sex either.

LSC is correct though. The park date is the only one for Tammy solo so far, and it has the sex before (in the gym after working out), not after.

Go with them (Mari, Jamie, Juliana, Adrian) on a date, you'll get the option.

Then, after you have had sex with Jez, tell her where the lab is and this scene will happen automatically a few days later in your bedroom.

Hmmm... There is a point in the game with an explicit warning that you can miss out on content if you don't proceed in the right order. You have to confirm that you want to proceed anyway twice(?), then the sex scene with Jez won't happen.
If that's the case you need to - if you know your way around unren - type the following into the console:
rebascenesfinished -= 1
reba11 = falsebut just to be sure wait another few nights alone at home in your bedroom.

You don't anymore. As of this update you don't need to raise affection (hearts) anymore, to reduce the grind and have a more organic flow. For progress there is a percentage of current content now.
Yes... but the guide still says to raise the hearts... do I just ignore that part?
