I don't know TTLL's tiers, but honestly if there's something like a $1 tier, I'd guess those folks probably don't even notice it on their bank statements each month.

A real shame what happened to this game, at the time of release i remember how good it looked when compared to most of the games from that time. Even now the renders look gorgeous. and better than most games released in 2025. I just went to see what is going on on his patreon. The biggest surprise to me is that he is still doing something about the game with those wallpapers. I would understand if he got out of this work and completely abandoned the game, but no he for some reason is still working on it. That is what i do not understand, the game was awesome i am sure he could have made good money from it, instead he decided to do these wallpapers and earn like 100 bucks a month from them.
I wish he said something what is actually going on.
Now i said alot on a thread of a game that died 5 years ago lol. I have the game bookmarked as one of the games i liked and was going through all the games i have there. So i went to see all these renders on the first page and even after 5 years i still remember most of the the scenes. I see on his patreon he is talking about previews for the episode 3, that would be amazing, but i know he is probably just lying so someone pays to see them. It just is weird all of that.
I wish he said something what is actually going on.

It was a scam project. He convinced people to buy computers so he could develop this game, and he made a lot of money. Then he abandoned it, but continued to make money for a long time, using those wallpapers to convince people he hadn't abandoned the game and to keep them paying, and this exploitation continued for years.
If he's still making $100, he deserves a medal; if I were him, I'd do 2-3 renders a month for $100
He's probably developing the games we play here under a different name.

1. Dev is incapable of actually making the game good so they didn't continue.
2. $100 every month for renders is basically free money. Dev could easily make 100 wallpapers in one go and then release little by little every month for years.

What we've seen so far is pretty much a small portion of the overall game. It's easy to come up with an idea, but it's much more difficult to properly develop that idea into cohesive story while balancing between character development and plot progression to finally end with satisfying ending. All while doing so with consistent development time.
Just think about what we got so far, is there anything that actually progressed? No. Everything is just the beginning of something. They are just "ideas" with no meaningful progression.
