Mentioned this in the dev note, but I felt like it was a good idea to post as a comment as well:

This game has a very heavy focus on small penis content, but it is not solely a NTR/NTS game. There will be plenty of romance paths/scenes, where you can avoid NTR/NTS entirely. Already in 0.1, there are multiple scenes, where the MC is able to take control and not be bound by his small size.

I'll try to have make sure, that the options are clear so you know before hand, which type of path you are choosing with each character.

Also if you wish to change the current song playing in game, you can shuffle the playlist, by loading a save file (if you want to keep the old song after loading, scroll back once).

3 weeks per update, so 0.2 on 18th of Dec early access (21st public), 0.3 on 8th of January early access (11th public) and so on, until the game is done.

Yea the character is chosen by polls, pretty much everything outside of the game is the same as Censored for Betas.

The way I like to avoid NTR/NTS is by disabling it at the beginning of the game so that it doesn't happen and I can play the game as if it didn't exist.

Small penis humiliation will be pretty much impossible to avoid entirely, outside of a few characters, also there is a footjob scene in the introduction, which is not avoidable.

Femdom/Maledom also don't have any warnings, so I don't think you can realistically avoid them.

Everything else you listed should be avoidable for now.

Looks good. As a Maledom Netori fan, avoidable NTR is always great to see. In terms of scenes, if you there is not a blanket ban on NTR at the start of the game an alternative is having warnings in the responces:
