I'll skip over the main story details, but basically it's an isekai thing where you get a sex slave elf.
Elves in this world are second class citizens--it's Harem Hotel, ok you guys?
You can choose to treat her nicely or more harshly. I went with nicely and still got the NTS scene, which was with a rando in town for information. Even though you can get her consent, she doesn't want to do it, but does end up enjoying it, though part of that is due to some magic reasons. So, honestly, not my favorite type of NTS -- I would much prefer if she were enthusiastic about it, which maybe as the narrative progresses, she will be -- but it was still pretty hot.
Overall, I'm enjoying the setting and the game, but the NTS content is still slight and unsatisfying if you prefer everyone being totally on board, chiefly the LI.

All the previous arguing about the "correct" definition of terms does nothing to address the actual problem that 'cuck wanting to get humiliated,' 'dom pimping out his sex slaves,' and 'couple in a consensual open relationship' are all very different things with very different audiences. Trying to force them all under the same umbrella of "NTS" without any easy way of telling whether something is actually what you'd be interested in or not is just gonna cause problems and inconvenience

I mean... In my list I try to describe the game in the best way possible even though I'm not really partial to being the sub in the relationship while the bull takes over my house. If we were to define every single variation of the same fetish we would probably run out of names. Guys who like this in real life use the term "Stag" when their relationships seems to be just wife-sharing without the element of humiliation. "Cuckolding" is more associated with chastity cages, humiliation and female-led relationships. Not that it's a perfect example but Reddit has two subs exactly like that.
As for open relationships alone I don't think they fit the NTS umbrella by themselves. We may not be able to define every single variation, but surely we can try to think of something that's more useful
