Well if anyone has JAPANESE sources with definitions that contradict the one provided on Wikipedia, I'm willing to discuss them, The word 寝取らせ has a specific connotation in japanese, it cannot be dilluted into anything. For example as the equivalent of "swinging" because japanese has a more proper word for swinging (夫婦交換)

I agree, but only because the definition is unclear to begin with (to my understanding after reading the comments), so it's useless to argue endlessly. But in general, when we have solid definitions, I don't think having a lot of sub-categories is a bad thing, even if it's for very niche genres. The more accurate the language, the better, including for tags.
In reality though, it's a mess, so whatever.
