First two are full windows emulators so you could technically play anything (but you need a powerfull phone)
Last two can even run on budget phones but are specific to their own type of games

Joiplay can run rpgm AND renpy games.
Some top tier visual novels in renpy are Fatal Twelve, Katawa Shoujo, Doki Doki and Sound of Drop which do run on Joiplay
