Holy shit that brunette is cute. I have to admit that sometimes ai art impresses me, aside from that recurring consistency issue. I'll try the game asap, but considering the visuals in the pics and how I generally like games that are between nts and ntr without a clear line (especially if it's not kinetic, it gives weight to the choices), it might be my kind of jam.

Depends on what you consider is decent, you into 2D or 3D? And what kinda incest?
Not asking to recommend you some, cuz I'm also trying to find some lol, though mostly mother/son.
I've played Mother NTR Training and Hitomi's Sick Pleasure, which are more ntr oriented (have nts routes but aligned more on the ntr side) HSP I don't think has any real incest, MNTRT has a bit, and the NTS route actually feels more NTS with the mother doing what she does BECAUSE it turns her son on, but there's only one/two incest scenes, no vaginal penetration yet though and those routes aren't being worked on right now I don't think.
I've been trying moreso to find Sharing/NTS games where the son MC chooses to corrupt his mother into doing things and she's not just stolen away but its a lot more niche. Starmaker Story is pretty good, you can share the mother with the brother/father and a few dudes, and the MC is never a cuck. I've heard Max's Life has something similar but I can't get myself to play through chapter 2 to get to that content so I'm not too sure about that. (I've played scenes of sharing the cousin and sister though)
Roundscape Adorevia has some scenes where you catch the mother being a prostitute, and you can choose to keep her as one and even eventually hire her for your own brothel, as well as let a werewolf dude impregnate her/join him, but its a very minor focus of the game.
Golden Mean and My Bimbo Dream apparently have some mother sharing planned/in the game already, those are on my list.
So far Starmaker scratched my sharing itch, and MNTRT scratched my nts itch, though route isn't complete. Both these games also have mothers/milfs that are very in line with my taste which helps.
Other than those I think a lot of JP VNs have this kinda content, but for some reason I can never get myself to play through those.

There is also Dreamng of Dana where you can share your sister. The game is a bit older but I think its still solid game and the sharing part is significant. The MC is never a Cuck it leans more into swinging.
At this point i don’t think artstyle matters. As for the story, something like vulgar reverie with house members maybe?
Incest games either are harem or incredibly dark shit. I don’t think someone has ever created proper nts one.
