So like one dedicated specifically to incest NTS? Starmaker Story comes to mind, but most I can think of also have other girls outside of just mom/sis. The two I follow most closely like this are Sins of Night with mom/sis and Photo Hunt (same). Sins doesn't have much content yet, but Photo Hunt you can swing with your mom's friend and her husband, and your sis works in a sex club where you can share her. The mom can also become a pornstar but there isn't much content from it yet. As I said though there are quite a few other girls in those games as well, but most of the stories are pretty separated.

Corruption is frustrating because the game acts like you're corrupting everyone into huge sluts but they don't ever do anything besides sleep with the MC. The furthest it goes is showing them off at the club

New Netorase Game on Dlsite under the tag RJ01345864. Title - "In the Village Deep in the Mountains"
A half hour little hypno-netorase themed game where a witch convinces you and your childhood friend Lyra that she needs to have sex with the men in the village in order to lift an imaginary curse. The game ends with you and Lyra never knowing you were hypnotized, but planning to return to the village again someday.
Overall - short and forgettable but I know some people love tan girls, so it was worth mentioning.
