Funny you mention that, the artwork reminds me of "Long Lost Daughter" which shows something of an internal impregnation scene so you know which ladies have gotten knocked up.
Then this is clearly not the game for you.
There are a lot of other games like those you described, so good luck finding one that you will like.

So - is Nate Trans? Because, they definitely looked like a guy when I started the game (with version 0.21.5a, i think? Whatever preceded 0.22.1a), and pretty much look female now (what appear to be breasts, plus hairstyle).
Honestly when devs take this amount of time to release updates, most of the time it feels like they barely put in any effort. That update was well worth the wait. 10/10 AbrokenA Productions
