She's a rare spawn. Once you defeat her you'll see a green bush in the first level. Click on it and you'll see the h scene with her.

The game isn't completed in the slightest, as an example, it was mentioned that they want to rework the characters to look less like a pokemon clone to have their own uniqueness, but they should still resemble them in some way.
