1. You added the ability to choose whether or not to turn into a girl, but then the intrigue is lost. I would remove that and add an element of randomness. For example, “your father noticed your actions and discreetly switched plates. And you ate your own drug.” Also, the GG himself may notice with some probability that his father adds something to him. Or he may not even notice it.
2. Also, I would increase the father's attempts to transform you when the GG is strong.
3. At the moment of sex when transforming the GG into a girl, I would add an element of random triggering. So that the father would catch the GG in the same hallway and fuck him. And then in the usual way - it's like we're asking for a dick ourselves..
(Yes, technically we play for debauchery, but it looks weird from the GG's side.)
