Was trying to ask how many 'futa/trans' there are in the game and I got that the mc is trans from the overview but since I haven't played the game i wanted to know if there are any more 'futa/trans' characters.

There is at least one more minor character, but the Mc doesn't interact with her directly.

Um, that would be telling... Alex gets to make a few life-changing decisions near the end...that's all I can say.

There won't be any "official" translation. The way the game is written, it would be very difficult to translate. (It's not like most Ren'Py games in that a lot of the dialogue is generated on-the-fly). I know the Italian modding community is robust, and somebody may attempt it after the final release.
