if you go, either NTR or Sandbox
hehehe. Neither. I thought about doing UT in a sandbox style for a whole minute, but came back to my senses. IDK, to do multiple story paths effectively, you almost have to give players the option to go anywhere anytime, but I know how much some people hate having to navigate a story this way. As a selection mechanism to go from one self-contained fap-event to the next, it can make sense. I blame sandbox's poor rep on the failings of devs to effectively utilize the structure, falling back on old tropes like grinding for stats/money and continuously repeating events. Or worse, the inability to play without constantly consulting a quest list, where it might as well have been linearly presented.

Almost as bad are linear games where several times a day you're presented with a list of 10-12 menu items to select what to do next. Sandbox in sheep's clothing.

Oh, and I don't have real strong personal feelings about NTR one way or the other. (Netorare, definitely not. Netorase, maybe not. Netori, okay within reason--depends on the story.) I had one person accuse Confusion of NTR because Chris dated Izzy. Even though it's a story point that nothing ever happened between them. Even though she and Alex weren't a thing yet when it happened. The accusation was that they could picture the possibility of it having happened in their head, and it turned them off. It takes all kinds. :)

My problem with sandbox in porngames is similar. From the games i played it was mostly used to hide lack of content via repetitive tasks for the player to unlock some progression. And that was very boring.

The "dreaded" NTR.
Personaly i neither like or dislike the genre, but it sure ends up bringing a bunch of people with such a fragile ego that sometimes i really have to wonder how they can live in society if a mere exchange of glances is enough to set them off.

I like what you said about your next project a lot!

Will there be a lesbian path in it? Which means the trans MC can be the only dick that gets the girls?

Cheers!

Thanks! The way I've currently got the story outlined (I haven't started the actual script yet), the plan is to allow the MC to pursue all (M/F/T) but always at the MC's discretion. The story would describe a complete transition over time, so the MC starts fully male and transitions from there. Relationships will vary depending on their decisions over time. So, I guess you could play it where you only went for women. But definitely no NTR involved.

Yes right and that's how Dev's should put . if it's Tran's story . than put Tran's . Not Futa.
You know what is even worse? Dev's that make futa characters that NEVER even once, use or acknowledge the female parts. Might as well have made a Trans one.

In this case the story is firmly and clearly shown as being a Transitioning character. Her struggles with her identity, her gender and conciliating that with her sexuality.

So, if the Tag is a mixed non-sense that tries to bundle together 2 things that are not even remotely the same, is it the Dev's fault or is it a Tag problem? Your attempt to put the blame on the Dev for the failure of this website Tag system is quite ludicrous.

Overview:
Confusion is the story of a transgender girl with a problem.
What more do you want? Isn't THAT clear enough for you? Or are you telling us you can't even READ?

I assume you mean devs in general, and I wholeheartedly agree. I've always been very clear about Alex's identity. There's even an interaction with Kevin (the prototypical Alpha male in the game) in Chapter 9 when he calls her a futa and Alex unleashes on him. I've been vocal about how backwards the tag system is here and how it enforces the insulting nature of the terminology. At least they're not calling them "shemales" (shudder). Which leads me to believe that they either don't know the difference, or just don't f*cking care. I've been reading about how they are going to revamp the tag system for a couple of years now, and nothing ever seems to come of it. Sigh.

Hermaphroditism, what the Japanese popularized as Futa (much simpler to write and say) is real. It's part of the Intersex umbrella of possibilities.

Now, the psychopathic behavior of the fictional Futas, that I hope it is not real. But, people with 2 (or more) sexual organs, are real. Their struggle and life long fights for acceptance are worth knowing and deserve respect. Not the fetishising and trivializing that porn in general and AVN's specifically have made of them.

Peace :(

Not going to waste long because this is off topic, but please don't spread pseudo science around. Snails can be hermaphrodite but humans can't, there is no such condition inside the intersex "umbrella of possibilities".

The cases may be rare for humans but it still happens.

Unless you're just talking about what you see in hentai or something because yeah that's fake but it's based on a real human condition.

Most people that say "hermaphrodite" actually mean "intersex", but it's not the same and it means something very specific. I guess that's what RC-1138 Boss is referring to. Like, you can have sexual organs of both sexes, but you cannot conceive your own child - which snails actually can.
Yeah I see where you're coming from. From what I remember hermaphrodite was the medical term used before they switched to intersex so I personally see them as describing the same thing.

I wasn't sure if they were saying intersex people aren't real or if they were talking in the porn fantasy term where they can get themselves pregnant or something like that.
