Just because a creator doesn't label their work as such, doesn't make it not illegal... It just feels like the protagonist is not portrayed as being the proper age to make it legal... If he is not an adult, and yet they place the character into sex oriented situations, then that makes it illegal porn... And for now it is not clear what age the character is, and based off the dialogue and visuals, the character does not "appear" to be the proper age for this genre of game/visual novel, or at the least is borderline as to being the proper age... And for folks wanting to avoid that kind of stuff, i said what I said in my review...
If it had been clearly stated somewhere in the story that the protagonist was 18 years or older, then I would never have said what I originally stated... Just look at the character, he looks like a teenage kid and seems to be treated by his family as a kid, so the only thing that would make him an adult is coming flat out and saying it somewhere in the story, which does not take place... So if he's a kid, then it makes the game **********, which is illegal...

Wow, i'm really surprised that he was still working. Completely forgot about this game tbh. I was following him on patreon\twitter about year-two ago, but since he went completely silent after some personal problems i thought the chance of another update is pretty much null and left.
