Happened to me. Worked abroad on boats for a year and a half, came back and after a few days i really craved a kebab so i decided to pop into town to visit my favorite kebab joint. I was stunned that the kebab shop was torn down entirely and there was one of those horrible overpriced hipster coffee places standing where my beloved shop used to be.
