If your talking about the mosaics then it's not guaranteed there will be one, this is from DLSite and the mosaic is there to comply with Japanese law.

If it gets released by a publisher from somewhere else, and uncensored images are available then you might get a version without the mosaic. Or if a fan decides to try and remove it, that happening also depends on how the mosaics are applied.
