No question is dumb. It's for if you want pregnancy or not 2 girls can get knocked up and you can see the "baby" after she delivers. If you don't knock her up just click the back button 1 time or 2times I think, then click again, haven't played in some time just played to help others.

yes, sadly you have to break her heart to move on with her in the story

Seems to be a breaking bug where if you don't speak to the CFO about his family and visit his home before his death then you can't progress beause the funeral doesn't occur.

Can anyone confirm if there is a way around this or do I have to start fresh ?
