• Go to the fashion store before 6pm: Streets -> Mall -> Fashion Store
• You'll see Jia wandering around the fashion district
• Help her in purchasing her fashion items, she will be grateful and eventually agree to move in with you in the mansion
• Unlocked Fun Scene
  • You can now ask Jia to do fun things with you, go to the mansion guest bedroom 1, and ask Jia to meet you there
  • Jia will hang out at your mansion
    • Mansion Longue: 2 random scenes
    • Mansion Backyard/Pool: Day and Evening Scenes

What gets me about the recent comments on this game, and the developer... Isn't this a pirate site? Does not releasing a public version... matter? Aren't all the games (minus a select few that were purpose built for here)... stolen?
What difference does it make to a pirate site, if the dev says they're not going to release public anymore? Like, good for you?
People that were never going to pay for your game will still play it. Only now you won't have a say in what they play.

I don't know what will happen to this game in the future, but I heard that there will be no updates to the offline version, so I'd like to share a modified version that I personally made.
The game doesn't have any fatal bugs, so it doesn't look much different. In fact, I haven't touched the story at all.
Please read the changes and use them if necessary.

-Relocated unused videos in the sexvid folder to appropriate positions
-Corrected clearly incorrect lines, flags, and codes
-Unified video loop settings to recent formats

I also created a SceneViewer that excludes the game part.
You can also see scenes that are no longer visible as the story progresses or scenes that have been rewritten.
If you just want to enjoy the scenes, go for it.
Regarding SceneViewer, it seems that the Walkthrough itself was put into a paywall while it was being created, so I will delete it if it becomes a problem.

Both PE and SV do not touch on Secret Contents.

I am not a fan of online HTML game. The file is too big. Also, DEV piracy is not a money issue. It is service issue. I have played pirated game of NTL media but I also have all of them on steam now. Same as other Renpy game on this site. Good luck though. I hope you make it. But I doubt it.

It was shadowbanned. Which is why the dev stopped developing it. Some drama happened so F95 staff basically are hiding the updates for the game. Pretty cringe imo either straight up ban it or leave it alone. The dev is just making a different game now that is almost the same thing but just at a school instead of a company.
