It just seems like you're looking at this game from a weird perspective. Sorry to say, but it seems like you're even more fragile irl than the MC is supposed to be, because of the way you're twisting the story in your head. Is Elsa's banter really so bad, considering her influence on the MC has actually been good for him? And it's not like the MC doesn't get the opportunity to banter back at her.
There's even a scene, where Elsa protects the MC from getting pranked with a permanent marker by another colleague. So your supposed devil incarnate doesn't even stoop as low as the MC's other colleagues.
That remains to be seen. Right now there isn't much to redeem the incel vibes, especially if you pursue Lucy. But it seems like people are hoping that this is supposed to be the major conflict of the story.
Being in the MC's psycho-emotional space is not a fun experience.
His social skills, never well developed, have degraded so bad he can't even play nice with the few friends he has in the office. Elsa is frank and brutal with him, but it's not like subtlety would have worked anyway. It would have just been lost on him.

She's not even a LI at this point in the game and it's not clear, if she ever will be (the story would probably be better off if she wasn't, but the porn content would suffer a big loss). I think seduction and infatuation are important attributes for the femme fatale archetype.

Elsa is the type of woman that alot of people need in their live ! She is pushy and will get the best out of you. She is helping the MC too get a hold off himself and be a better version !
Who knows? Given all the effort she's invested in putting him on track and keeping him there she might just decide he's wasted on Alice and better off with her.

The story is really good so far. There are some interesting plots developing with the LI's. You can't really tell if the LI's are just using the MC or if they actually like him. Since the code indicates your decisions accumulate love and lust points - I'm guessing that whether the LI's fall in love with the MC or they just use him, will depend on how many love points you accumulate for each girl (and higher Alpha points and lower loser points, and lower EdwardSC points - which seem to be submission/submissive).

I think they've already telegraphed it; he's the princess and she's the knight that will save him. That said, the final goal will probably have them as equals/friends (and whatever plans Elsa has for the company) not necessarily as a romantic coupling.
