I dont think I completely follow. But generally speaking, what you describe is a ton of content per each girl and mother if I understand correctly. That would be a challenge to say the least.
Great Game, the GUI didn't strike me in the images of the game as something I'd like, but once I got to playing it wasn't so bad.
I do want to say I found a few issues.
1) when I started it seemed like the mothers wanted the girls to pass, and I saw there was the whole alumni system and I'd need to make a few alumni in order to develop things like the secretary desk. So I tried getting a few girls to pass by whispering the answers in their ears and when they passed I thought I just needed "more than" two girls, since I'd only done two I figured I'd do two more to ensure they pass and the moms are happy, and I get staff options. But because I didn't grind those girls enough they just didn't join the alumni. I saw I could still call them by going through the computer screen and into the students, selecting the red names, and then giving them a call. However, this only allowed me to grind/repeat some scenes for one visit to their home. Now the girls are stuck in the status of "already been called" so I can't go back to visit them or try to grind them in hopes they can decide to become alumni after they've already passed. (And it doesn't matter if a day or a week passes from the call it just never comes off the "already called today" status.) I don't know if I can cause them to become alumni after they've passed, but it'd be nice if I can. If I'm not supposed to be able to it'd be nice to have the option to reset a single girl/mother pair completely so I could recruit them again, grind them properly before passing them, and then they naturally choose to be alumni that way. So either a reset button or a fix to the getting stuck in "already called" is needed.
2) this one isn't so much a bug as a quality of life thing, when I'm on the school map if I already made the office/upgrade then when I click on it it should just bring me to that girl unless there is more upgrades I can add to it.

As well as having an option for the girl to call you different phrases like "teacher" "senpai", "master", "sir", "daddy", "step bro", or "bro" (etc) and have the MC call them similar phrases. (These should all be optional to allow the player to suit the choices to their tastes.)

Is there an order to get some pta rules accepted ? because out of 9 moms, 7 of them have corruption at max and affection at more than +- 60% but i still struggle to validate some clothes rules without forcing them ? :/

I think daugthers stats also matter. Another way is (as you say) to just blackmail/force them (need 2 broken rules to attempt, 3 to guarantee success) then they vote for whatever you say (I get no pants and free-use 2 first week with 4 forced voters).
Passing the PTA rules is a function of your reputation I believe. In your example, what is your reputation?

I will look into balancing it a bit better, but your reputation plays a massive role currently.
So not knowing the girls need to join the alumni and how to do so was confusing? I can try do a better know at explaining that. Also after a girl passes or is expelled her and her mother should not be able to be called so this was an oversight on my part.
Maybe I will add a system in the future where you can try to convince then to join alumni or come back for another degree.
Is this using the navigation menu or the upgrades screen. Because I feel like the navigation screen already does this, I guess it doesn't take your to the teacher's lounge if they are hanging around there if that is what you meant.
There is actually a whole system in place that SHOULD allow for custom nicknames I just haven't implemented setting them yet. I even allowed for not using them when in polite company i.e at the pta meetings. I will look into implementing it fully at some point since it did take me ages to get working.
What do you mean, "get their clothes back"? I assumed the clothes (except panties) taken before and during the exam were only confiscated for the duration of the exam, it was just that the girl was forbidden to wear them again until the end of the day. Isn't it the case? If it is, there's nothing to return on Friday night/Sunday morning.
On a related note, the influence of the attendance punishments varies depending on the day they're instituted: if it's Monday, they get an almost full week, but if it's Friday evening, they're not affected at all. Can this be extended to a full week? Like, if you sentence a girl on a Tuesday evening to come to the exam naked, she should attend all her exams naked until next Tuesday.

If they are against the rules they are removed from their wardrobe(new in 0.312 I believe). Same for panties unless she takes them back at the end of the exam. The same goes for confiscating them during home visits.
Funny you should mention this because I have reworked punishments for the next update. It is much more expandable now vs the hard coded rules before. It is also now 5 school days vs resetting on Monday.
Pretty good suggestion, I have moved this to Friday.
EDIT: On an unrelated note, I have found a pretty big oversights in the video matching thanks to davemansters pestering... So expect some improvements on how well videos match in the future.

On a yet another related note, IMHO the mother's expectation also needs a rework. As it is now, the girl has to stay for a set number of days. If you have many girls in your school, she may attempt the exam only once or twice during this period. This makes it trivially easy to fulfill the mother's expectations. I think the expectation should not be a number of days, but of exam attempts.
Also, the difficulty of keeping girls from passing should be increased significantly - as it is now, I need to hint them for them to be able to get even one question right. I don't think I ever had a girl who got three questions, and they need five to pass.

If you plan to work on PTA rules concerning clothing you could also look at a system like the one of HHS+ (you define an uniform for the students).
Could be more linear compared to the current one and simplier to use for the player :
- standard uniform (top + skirt + underwear)
- sexy uniform (top + skirt + lingerie)
- sexier uniform (no top + micro skirt + lingerie)
- lingerie uniform (no top - no skirt + lingerie)
- nude
edit: note too that you could also restrict the rules depending of the number of student in academy because for now it's to easy to remain at 6 (or7) students/mothers to pass any rule with 4 forced mothers

Definitely, it also doesn't even make much sense in the current implementation. I do have a plan for it, it just just been pushed back.
Someone had a pretty good idea where you can set what clothing you allow as the "uniform" i.e selecting from a list with rules unlocking more lewd options to be selected. Would let users select their own "uniform" sets.

Just to be clear this isn't the final patch its just the first part of it. I am going to be releasing nightly builds to supports regularly to keep their wait times for content down and to help bug test.

I'd love an option to fool around with alumni still, especially if they're working at the school. An option to fuck your secretary and the other teachers would be nice.
Also, I am running into a "bug" where if I have an event where a girl is pleasuring herself before class, I don't get to interact with that exam, it just skips.
