I barely have these systems fully designed out, so not really. If you have a good design doc on what you would want with this I would consider it.

That strikes me as tricky to make work given the whole thing where girls fail classes repeatedly as the core loop, but I'm open to seeing where it goes.

I made a function called brainwashing that increased affection, naturism, corruption, discipline while lowering fear and intellect
the higher the fear and intellect they had the higher chance of them resisting and telling their mom
once intellect and fear are zero while corruption is max they get a trait "brainwashed" which triggers an event where they visit your house and submit to you. Once x number of girls are brainwashed, it triggers a win condition.
Each brainwashed girl attempts to lightly brainwash other non-brainwashed girls outside of class.

Exam Actions (all girls)

Play hypnotic music - brainwashing+
play hypnotic induction - brainwashing++

Exam actions (single girl)

Hypnotic Trance - their test answers are set to zero and they masturbate for the turn. Only for low fear girls (<20). Once succeeded adds the trait "Conditioned" so they can be triggered with zero chance of failure later. Brainwashing++
Mindless Trance - Useful to finish off a girl once they are deep enough and fun later on. Turns her into a mindless goonette for the rest of the class but hard to trigger. Brainwashing+++
Strip - Needs to be conditioned and removes all clothing

Home actions (mother)

Once the daughter is brainwashed you can visit her home and if you want the mother brainwashed she will begin playing hypnotic music at home. Once the mother is low enough in stats you can brainwash her as well. Brainwashed mothers attend the meetings nude and always vote in favour.

Non-brainwashed students during exam are freaked out about failures in brainwashing or other students turning into goonettes so their fear spikes. Same with mothers during PTA meetings.

1-1 counseling
If the student continues to violate rules you can pressure the mother into letting you have a 1-1 session with the daughter where you can use hypnosis on her or just regular fun.

It could be interesting if there were multiple sometimes conflicting goals for the girls by different factions.

Basic idea:

The class room gameplay could be much more versatile if each girl in the class would have an individual set of goals.
Over the course of a limited number of weeks the player has time to shape the girl into a different direction.

Interested players now would have optional challenges and can choose if they want to fullfil the goals of sponsors, the government or the mothers.

Examples:

One sponsor may reward the player for creating the perfect student with high intellect and the best grades.
Another sponsor may want the player to corrupt a girl by lowering her intellect and raising her naturalism.

Some mothers may reward the player if a girl passes without having engaged in certain actions.
(no blowjob, no vaginal, no anal, never showed breasts in public, never showed pussy/ass in public etc).

At least for me: I already have enough complex management to do in real life, I just want some more or less fun and forget RL. Just a quick question, I do need to convert the videos to WebM first before they can work in this game, right?
Also, I am planning to get most of the videos edits from other real-porn games. Will I get in trouble if I did that?

That sounds like an interesting idea, I will make a note of it but sounds like too big of an undertaking currently.

Well the management can be ignored and left "random" like it currently works but because of some expected changes to sponsors I needed a way for the player to control when a girl is in class to allow multiple ways to fulfill requests.

Yes, while Renpy does support both webm and mp4 files I specifically look for webm files. Also there is an example of how to add to an existing model in "game\_mods\example_mods\girls\Abella Danger" if you needed one. You can also message me if you get stuck I would be happy to help.

You can also use something like "HandBrake" to convert the videos, it's a free piece of software.

I would say ask the authors/modders first. While we don't own the rights to these videos it is more out of courtesy.

I had an idea that might satisfy some of the preganancy fetishists without much work - could some girls have a breeding kink where once they reach a certain affection and/or corrruption level they'll have dialogue that encounrages the player to impregnate them, or that reacts to being creampied?

I get what you mean because I had to code a lot for the previous game to work with the mod I made and even then it didn't work all the time. If you build out some of the features I need then I guess working on it myself would be fine. I just don't want to go back to little bits of rewriting parts of your code here and there. If there is a mods folder that I can move all these functions into and it imports girl variables, exam actions, and menu changes all together that would be a big step forward. Or at least show me how.

I would prefer you do a little bit of it though and I take over once some groundwork is laid. That way I have something to build on instead of tinkering endlessly.

In the meantime, just as a teaser I suppose, there *should* be a hotfix released in the next few days along with a sizeable expansion to my mods. That might cure some of the content itch.
