Can you also add a option for uniform shirts where only the buttons will be undone? Using this we can still use the boobs fucking option without fully removing the shirts but the girl needs to be braless for that and you won't be able to remove the bra without removing the shirt first. Just an idea.
Interesting idea but tracking that unbuttoned state and conveying it to the player wouldn't be easy.

As Hex already replied, it would be a lot of work to implement, my addition to that would be: For something the majority of players would not care about at all
Infact it would make it harder on modders as well, to find clips that actually have that particular scene, or body pictures to match for that matter (open shirt, no bra), it's difficult enough for them to find clips/vids that contain all the variations implemented already
