not related to this mod but another one you made: i just got the "Endurance" event from "Amirah" and had no videos playing, after looking around my files a bit i found the .rpy file for that event tried to pull the wrong files ("Freeuse" instead of "Endurance") and after i corrected that the videos played.
From what I've seen, she's not dead. There was one site that says she did, but it didn't mention a date or anything, and everything else I've seen indicates she's still alive.

Either you deleted some required files by accident or installing the hotfix incorrectly might have broken that save.I managed to solve that problem, but this time this came up
So you might need to start a new save or if that persists a fresh install(you can copy your mods/saves over again).
Someone was having a similar issue a while back and reinstalling/installing "VLC" media player worked for them I believe.
I would need to find some decent quality videos to replace the current ones. That is why it is a separate mod atm.
Suggestions and an issue with this:
1) The readme should specify that this is a replacement and not an "add on", for those that already have the OG version. So delete the old folder, then add this. This matters because the After Class Detention video shoot renames all the files, plus has a different quantity of them, which causes issues with the completion status of the shoot if you don't delete the old version first.
2) if you have shot Angels Paradise (OG shared photoshoots version) and then delete that folder to account for the new, split into 2 parts version, it'll still show in game as a completed shoot, though now with no pictures, but instead a text message that it can't find the files for each image. But if you don't delete it, then future fresh starts will have both the OG and new split versions.
Players with an existing save will either want to not delete the old one (with that future duplicate issue for fresh starts), or, alternately, delete the OG one and edit the shared_photoshoot_config file for Angels Paradise 1 to change the "display_name" to be "Angels Paradise", like the original. This will result in the old (now deleted) version no longer showing as completed with all its photos missing, and instead you'll just have the new part 1 version (incomplete).
So that's something worth noting in the readme.
3) The naming convention of folders followed by the older version, where the name of the folder matches the name of the shoot ("Friendly College" instead of "College", "Daylight Seduction" instead of "Seduction" as two examples) is superior. It makes it simple and easy to know what shoot is what folder, makes it easy to find because it is in alphabetical order of the photo shoot name, and so on.

Bug with sponsor panty requests: Washing panties after having selected them for a sponsor request does not properly update the lewd value for the sponsor request.
Had a sponsor request panties, 40 lewd value. Had several panties in my inventory, which, due to being stained, had a 55% and 50% rating. Washing them, though, raised it up to 150%. In the select panties screen, that value shows. On the sponsor's page, it shows the unwashed values, and the request satisfaction is 96% (128%, 150%, 55%, 50%) instead of something in the 140% range (150%, 150%, 150%, 128%).
After a quick test with another dirty pair of panties, found out this is due to washing them after having them selected for the request. And that, if I swap out the incorrectly rated pair of panties for another pair, then replace that other pair with the newly washed one, it will use the new up-to-date value.

Maybe I need to recommend upgrades for a new game only.
When I make a save, quit the game and load that save, the game updates all the information.
And I don't see the old versions of the pics anymore.
Since the game doesn't show me the old ones, I have no way of knowing that there's a problem here.

A little note that it can cause issues with existing saves using the older version is probably a good idea. On the plus side, it looks to be mainly an issue if previous shoots "disappear". So I could see people running into the same issue with the "vertical" shoots, though that's easily addressed since you still have them available for download and the readme mentions that.
It does, yeah, for existing shoots. The problem in this case, though, was that, when you split Angels Paradise into two parts, those parts are named "Angels Paradise 1" and "Angels Paradise 2" in their config while. The old one, though, is named "Angels Paradise". So when I deleted the old, the save file remembered that I had completed "Angels Paradise", but couldn't find the files. But, well, that save games can be negatively impacted by removing content that existed when the save was made is to be expected .
Luckily that updating aspect is why renaming "Angels Paradise 1" to "Angels Paradise" in the config file appears to fix the issue.

Do you have any advice on how to reduce the size of video files? I'm using HandBrake to generate lighter .webm files, but the game doesn't seem to recognize them: the files have the exact name, the correct format, but the game plays generic videos instead.
I’ve already tried to compress video files with VLC with terrible results and heavy computational times, but the game loads them. With HandBrake, I managed to speed things up and maintain decent video quality, but apparently, I messed up some necessary parameter.

Yes you need to correctly name the files but they should work I've grabbed a few here and there

This might be a dumb question, but are the file names the same? Handbrake defaults to changing some of the characters that the game's videos use IIRC. Things like the dashes and commas.
This game is fantastic, but I wish I could simply use the girlpacks from Venus Club. I'm trying to create and Alexis Fawx pack, but although it does list her as an available mother her profile has no portrait, and lists no scenes or videos.

Yes, Renpy can technically use some other video formats but I coded this to sepecifically look for .webm files.
