I think mechanically the game is interesting and expanding those mechanics looks like it's going it a cool direction. Is there any sort of story development going on?
I am getting absolutely no videos on any interactions, ive downloaded all the official packs and the hotfix but i have no clue what exactly is going wrong here

Another user had a similar issue and installing/reinstalling the vlc video player worked for them. Seems like their computer was missing the video codecs.
Story development is going on behind the scenes but nothing new related to that in the next update. I have a writer doing some planning for it.
I did try it just now and unfortunately that has not fixed it. Bummer, I'll just wait until the next update comes around maybe something changes enough for it to be fixed. I couldve sworn it wasnt an issue a few months ago.

You can try clearing your appdata as well but I am not sure if that will help.

Don't know why it didn't work earlier, I don't have a download limit. I guess it was just one of those things...
Does anyone else have problems with higher definition video stuttering? Some of the HD packs are running poorly and I was wondering if this is a known problem.

It seems like some modders were using AV1 encoding for their videos which could also be causing this. Its a newer technology but it isn't as widely supported by all devices.
If you use handbrake you can change the encoding to VP9 but it is quite slow to convert even with a good CPU.

Since I haven't allocated the secretary and teachers assistant roles yet on my current save, who do you suggest I give those to? Who do you think makes a good secretary/assistant, or has good vids for those roles?
i had one girl reach 100 discipline and after a while it decreased, is it supposed to happen? i mean discipline reduces over time?

Just checked Anna De Ville mod.
There's nothing wrong with the Av1 coding method.
Files like "blowjob3" has (insane) bitrate 10900. Single file size = 20 Mb
Even when I compress it to 50% - it still has size = 10 Mb
I would never create files like this for a Ren'Py game.
EDIT: Yes, AV1 video with bitrate above 4000 has visible problems in the game.
